I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist
As the mind grows with experience, it starts to shift towards the more important things in life. As teenagers, the world seems so vague and unclear that many would fall into the nets of falsehood and uncertainty. Sadly, many people keep this uncertainty and vagueness throughout their lives, which leads them to lose focus on the most important things in life or fall in the pits of falsehood. But "Anyone who seeks the truth finds it"All people want to know the truth. When on wants to buy something, he wants to know the true price and true quality of the product. When on wants to check something with his bank, he wants to know the true information about his money in that bank. When one goes to the doctor, he wants to know the truth about hi health. But when it comes to the life after death, some people suddenly stop wanting to know the truth about what matters most in their lives.
Anyone who seeks the truth finds itI really feel sad when I talk to university students and find that some of them have no logic in their thinking, even when it comes to the basics of life. One student told me that "there is no good and evil", and he said it with great confidence. A simple answer to this is if one hits him, then he should not feel bad about it because hitting is not evil. This reasoning usually works great and the student is quickly convinced because he wants to avoid being hit for demonstration.
A friend of mine once told me that he finds it hard to believe the story of Babylon mentioned in the Bible. In ancient Babylon the people decided to build a large tower that would reach the sky and so they would great. But God did not like their idea of greatness and disobedience and made them speak different languages. So they were unable to continue. My friend's version of the story was that the great king of Babylon brought many people with different languages to build the tower, but then the people couldn't understand each other so the work on the tower stopped. This is where I told my friend that the Bible version is more believable because how could the people start building in order to be unable to finish the tower, and he had also to explain the origin of languages. I find the Bible version requires less faith.
I believe in the Bible and Christianity because it requires the least faith of all religions, including the religion of atheism. One book that started me looking deeply into religion and helped me reach the conclusion of the truthfulness of the Bible and Christianity in a purely logical was the book "I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist" - Amazon. That book also led me to many others in the subject of Christian Apologetics where there is abundance of books for those who want to know The Truth.
